In the Draft Proposal of the training program for the Health Insurance Fund board, prepared by the International consultant, Francisko Rees, is emphasized the role of the HIF as the key institution to promote the society’s participation in the issue of the health care services. Therefore, the Board member should prepare useful proposals and to correctly identify expected changes in the health care sector.
